Every program is uniquely tailored to meet your individual needs. We take a very personal and customized approach to your fitness goals

On day 1, you and your Physical Therapist will create a plan to get you back to your life as soon as possible. You’ll figure out the root cause of your pain, and understand what you can and cannot do. 

With your Physical Therapist, you will know each step of the plan from getting you off the sideline, and back to what you love. PT is a combination of manual therapy and hard work.

After carrying out the treatment plan, you’re handed the keys. Through your journey, you’ll be given the skills to identify when things might be getting worse and what to do about it. Plus, we’re always here for a tune-up if you need it.

Dr. Tony Dang

Dr. Tony Dang PT, DPT is an experienced and licensed physical therapist with the PT Board of California. He grew up in the LA area and graduated from UC San Diego with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development. 

Hallie Jose

I am a Los Angeles-based strength and performance coach dedicated to fostering holistic empowerment. My goal is to empower the 360 athlete, emphasizing the importance of not only taking care of your body but also your mind & spirit, ultimately reaching your fullest potential.

It depends. We are an out of network provider and can provide you with a superbill for each of your visits. Clients are responsible for submitting superbills to their respective insurance for reimbursement. This model allows our practice to invest all our time into providing the best care. 

In the state of California, you can work with us for 12 visits or 45 days, whichever comes first without a referral or prescription.

All sessions are delivered on a 1:1 basis and lasts about 60 minutes. We are focused on delivering results in a timely manner through specialized treatment programs enriched with information to last a lifetime.

Our model focuses on delivering the highest quality of care that provides long term relief. We start with a thorough assessment of the full body to identify potential limitations that may be contributing to the client’s overall pain and dysfunction. In collaboration with the client, a detailed treatment plan is curated. This includes manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, strength training, conditioning, and activity-specific movement corrections.

 

We accept both FSA or HSA.
